  • I require the full list of any names that you’d like on pieces (such as place cards, bridal party gifts, and table plans). It is your responsibility to check for spelling or grammar issues. Stitch Ambition does not take any responsibility for errors on information.
  • I will work with you to create custom designs. Whilst I am open to taking inspiration from my work or styles/colours that you like, I will not copy other artists' work.
  • Due to my items being handmade, along with different screen colours used for design mock-ups, please be aware that colours may vary.
  • Once you have approved the items, this will officially sign off the design process.


  • Payment must be made via the Stitch Ambition website.
  • All payments must be paid in full.
  • Please note that all personalised and custom work is non-refundable. 


    • The total time to begin and create your embroidered pieces is dependent on the time taken to receive design mock-up feedback from you.
    • I recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure completion is on time.
    • During the design mock-up phase, I will provide you with a guide time from purchase to dispatch. Please take into consideration 1-2 weeks extra for delivery.
    • After shipping, Stitch Ambition takes no responsibility for the safety of items, however they will be packaged to optimise arriving safely.
