Mental Health First Aid & Child's Mental Health Trained

I have now qualified as Mental Health First Aid Trained and have also completed a course in Children's Mental Health.

The courses were completed over 12 weeks in 2023, and 16 weeks in 2024. 

The Mental Health First Aid course was completed over 12 weeks in 2023 and run by NCFE, with the award being OFQUAL regulated.

The Children's Mental Health Course ran over 16 weeks, also being OFQUAL regulated. 

Both qualifications have been awarded with licensed certificates. 

The practices that I have learnt during the training will allow me to help others and is testament to everything that I talk about within my business - it’s not just words or sewing for me, I genuinely want to help others.

My aim on my platform is to make everyone in this community feel loved, heard and valued.
