Shipping

UK shipping is FREE via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

UK customers can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class for £3 at checkout.

Shipping to the US/America is £16 for tracked and signed, and shipping internationally to all other countries is £13 tracked and signed.

You will receive an email once your order has been posted. Estimated delivery time for UK orders is 1-5 days, delivery for international may be 1-2 weeks, but may be longer if there are delays overseas or at customs. Please note, Stitch Ambition is not responsible for any such customs duties.

Lead time for physical orders is 2 weeks, unless discussed together.

Packaging & Gift Packaging

All physical orders are gift wrapped as standard. Hoops are packaged in a beautiful, branded 100% cotton bag. All orders are packaged in git wrapped tissue, with premium business card and stickers. You can add a gift message that I will handwrite and include in your order, please type this in the box in your cart. Orders can be shipped directly to the recipient of a gift, please add their shipping address at checkout.
